Deposition questions on parent’s role and connection with the children

Your spouse’s divorce lawyer may take your deposition and your lawyer may take your spouse’s deposition. If you and your spouse have children and their custody is at issue, you will both be asked questions about your health and relationship to the children. Below are typical questions that a divorce lawyer may ask the opposing spouse at a deposition regarding his or her role as a parent and connection with the children.
